The WaterFoundation’s next big fog collector project is picking up speed.
Near Lima, 37 CloudFisher are being set up in the mountainous coastal strip. The shipped materials arrived in Peru at the end of March and are now being transported to the site. The water produced by the fog collectors will significantly improve the lives of over 300 families in Santa Rosa. In addition to water collection points in the communities, two greenhouses will be built to use the surplus water to grow nutrient-rich crops.
