In July 2024, Kerstin Anker, left the Board of Trustees – a woman who has accompanied the work of the WaterFoundation since its beginnings as a lawyer, first as an honorary member of the Board of Directors for many years from 2004 and as a member of the Board of Trustees since 2016.
Born on Norderney, Kerstin Anker studied law at LMU Munich and worked as a lawyer and partner in a Munich law firm from 1995 to 2019. Her field of activity included national and international commercial law. Since July 2019, she has worked in the legal department of the University Hospital of Munich.
